Beginning at a young age, I have engaged in storytelling. From writing what I referred to as books to drafting text messages for my family, I was always telling the stories of others, both fictional and real.

As I grew older and entered college, I chose to study anthropology to understand what factors shape our stories, particularly in various cultural contexts.

However, it was only once I began studying public relations at Boston University’s College of Communication that I learned how integral communications is to my identity.

Between my graduate education at BU, my work with the school’s student-run PR agency, PRLab, and my internship at ModusBPCM, I have only grown to love PR more deeply. Beyond that, I have found it to be a space where I know that I can excel.
