Beginning at a young age, I have engaged in storytelling. From writing “books” to drafting text messages for my family, I was always telling the stories of others, both fictional and real. As I grew older and entered college, I chose to study anthropology to understand what factors shape culturally grounded stories. I have only recently begun to unpack the extent to which communications work is a natural part of who I am.

That said, I am now a public relations student at Boston University with an interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry. I have a background in social media, media relations, and education in crisis management. I have learned vast amounts during my time at BU and look forward to completing my education this summer in London with a combination of classes and an academic internship.
